Katalink Venture Studio

Infrastructure for human potential.

Katalink Venture Studio builds at the intersection of women's health, family systems, and relationship science — where need is greatest and solutions are fewest.

Families and founders side by side — root-cause products for women, couples, and children.

About

Who We Are

Two founders. Thirty years of combined experience across people, systems, and change.

Kateryna Ostapchuk — impact investor, M&A strategist, author of the CAT methodology for talent diagnostics. Twenty-five years building and scaling organizations across Europe, MENA, and the US.

Tetiana Nitiahina — venture builder, HR communications strategist, business development leader. Twelve years designing how people experience work, community, and transition.

Together we bring capital strategy, clinical methodology, and operational depth to problems that have been systematically underserved.

How We Work

We build infrastructure, not apps.

01

Science first

Every venture begins with rigorous, ethically grounded research. We build our own secure data infrastructure because the questions we ask require answers we can trust.

02

Systems-level partnerships

Solutions that integrate at the level of communities, cities, and institutions. Scale means nothing if it doesn't reach the people who need it most.

03

Root-cause products

The deep, structural problems that have been underserved for too long.

Portfolio

Directions We're Building In

Three domains. One coherent vision.

01

Women · Work

Women's wellbeing at work

Measuring what companies have never measured, making visible what has always been invisible.

02

Intergenerational

Intergenerational wisdom for women

A platform where women 45+ share what took decades to learn. Practices, perspectives, lived experience — received by women 35–55 at the moment they need it most.

03

Couples · Family

Couples navigating parenthood

Parentera is a tool for couples who want to move forward together. It helps partners sync expectations, understand shared resources, and agree on roles — at every new stage of family life. A structured process that turns dialogue into concrete agreements.

Each of these directions becomes a standalone venture — science-grounded, systems-ready, built to scale.

Partnership

We build in the open. If this mission resonates — whether you're a researcher, institution, city, investor, or someone who wants to be part of what we're building — we want to hear from you.
